We’re Looking For Counsellors Who Are:

  • Licensed as an RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor), CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellor), or RPsych (Registered Psychologist)

  • Deeply invested in the intersection of counselling psychology and Christian Spiritual Formation

  • Committed to ongoing professional development and high standards of ethical practice

  • Seeking community and mutual support, not just independent solo work

  • Looking for a long-term professional home, not a short-term landing pad

This is a contractor position (not an employee role). You’ll maintain autonomy over your schedule and client load, while receiving the support of a collaborative team and a well-established practice infrastructure.

Internship Placement

We offer 10 month Supervised Internships to students completing graduate studies in a Counselling related field.

  • Deadline of April 30 for September placement
    (runs September- June)

  • Deadline of Sept 30 for January placement
    (runs January - November)

  • Please note that Internship placements are not always available, and spots will be created for suitable applicants only.
