I see counselling as a shared journey of connection; one that helps you draw closer to God, to your own heart, and to the people and world around you. I love how psychology and faith come together to offer both understanding and hope, and I’m continually amazed at how God works within this dynamic process to bring healing and freedom.

From my own experience walking through dark and difficult seasons, I understand how hard it can be to feel truly seen and supported. That’s part of what drew me to counselling—I want you to know you don’t have to face life’s challenges on your own. My heart is to come alongside you with empathy, compassion, and care, creating a space where you can be honest, rest, and feel safe to be yourself, and connect with God in meaningful ways.

As we invite the Holy Spirit into our time together and engage with practical, evidence-based tools, my desire is that you’ll experience a deeper sense of peace, wholeness, and purpose. It’s a true honour to walk alongside you—to listen, to support, and to witness the beautiful ways God continues to bring life and renewal, even in hard places.

  • My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, with a foundational belief in the healing power of God’s love. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, while inviting the presence and guidance of the Holy Spirit throughout the healing journey. This combination of psychology and faith creates a holistic space where spiritual and emotional growth happen hand in hand.

I desire to foster a safe, trusting, and compassionate therapeutic relationship where God’s grace is evident and transformational. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they strengthen emotional regulation, manage stress, and cultivate self-compassion through the lens of faith. Together, we can explore identity, integrate scripture and psychology, and process through anxiety, depression, grief, and shame. My prayerful goal is to walk alongside clients as they experience renewed hope, deeper connection, and wholeness in Christ.

  • I absolutely love when I get to walk alongside people as they begin to see themselves more clearly through the truth of who God says they are. I have a deep understanding of struggles with identity, self-doubt, and the tension between who we are and the person God created us to become. I bring a perspective that blends faith and therapy, helping clients connect their inner strength with God’s guidance and grace.

My approach is relational, warm, and highly personable. I aim to foster connection—not only between you and me in the therapeutic relationship, but also between you and God, yourself, others, and the world around you. I view therapy as a sacred partnership, creating a safe, trusting space where healing, growth, and transformation can unfold. Together, we can uncover your resiliency, develop your inner wisdom, and take steps toward living more freely and fully as the person you were created to be. Being invited into this journey is a true privilege and one of the greatest joys of my work.

  • Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom who enjoys walks, hot coffee, deep conversations and quiet moments. My two curious young sons keep life full of surprises, and I delight in seeing the world through their eyes while learning right alongside them. When I can, I like to read, garden, play pickleball and crib—and engage in the occasional strategic board game – partly for fun, but mostly to keep my husband on his toes!
