My journey into counselling has been shaped by a growing curiosity about how people grow, heal, and find meaning in their lives. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and leaders in various faith-based organizations across Canada and internationally. Through those experiences, I’ve seen God’s transformative work in both the joyful and painful seasons of life.

Counselling has felt like a natural extension of that calling. I’m currently completing my Master of Counselling through Briercrest Seminary and count it a gift to walk with others as they navigate seasons of uncertainty, growth, and change. I love creating a space that feels warm and accepting, where you can bring your fears, hopes, anxieties, and strengths —without judgment—and explore how faith and counselling can work together toward healing and wholeness.

  • My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. I draw from attachment theory, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). I work within a trauma-informed and faith-integrative framework to support clients' healing.

I believe each person’s story holds deep wisdom. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotions, and faith journey to uncover patterns, meanings, and possibilities for healing. I view therapy as a sacred space—a place where we can invite God into the tender, sometimes messy parts of life and discover grace, strength, and renewal there.

  • I love working with adults and youth who find themselves in times of transition or uncertainty—those navigating questions of identity, faith, and belonging. Whether you’re feeling stuck, lonely, overwhelmed, or simply searching for what’s next, I consider it an honour to journey alongside you. In particular, I enjoy working with those in transition, experiencing burnout, or seeking to deepen their connection to themselves and God.

Clients often describe my style as calm, warm, and gently curious. I bring a mix of empathy, humour, and thoughtfulness to our sessions, balancing deep listening with invitations into something new when it’s helpful. My hope is that our work together helps you feel seen, supported, and reconnected—to God, to others, and to your own story.

  • I’ve been married for almost 30 years, and my husband and I love spending time outdoors—walking, hiking, and soaking in the beauty of God’s creation. We share a home with my amazing in-laws, and we’re empty nesters with two married kids who we love to hang out with whenever we can. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outside on a trail with my husband, hanging out with friends, or curled up with a good book and a cup of tea.
